Cruise Ships - Cruise Ship Welcome Program
Upon arriving in Charlottetown, your passengers will be greeted by the sounds of fiddles and step dancers and the warm hospitality of Charlottetown’s Cruise ship Ambassadors, a volunteer group of residents who enthusiastically welcome each passenger as they disembark.
Being an Island, we’re known for our hospitality and the friendliness of our people. The Charlottetown Cruise Ship Ambassadors are noticeable by their brightly colored blue vests and are able to assist passengers with special needs, provide directions and visitor information. The Ambassadors are strategically placed at the port to distribute cruise ship maps, which will help passengers, navigate throughout the downtown.
Canada's well-known and respected Royal Canadian Mounted Police are also portside in red surge, for that special photo opportunity.
